Looking straight up the central axis of the Vessel, the honeycomb of coppery interlocking staircases and landings folds into a near-symmetrical mirrored funnel, steel balustrades catching the light. Designed by Thomas Heatherwick and opened in 2019 as the centrepiece of Hudson Yards in Manhattan, the climbable structure stacks 154 flights of stairs into a sixteen-storey lattice. Photographed up the axis, the geometry collapses into pure pattern. A staircase built as sculpture, read here as kaleidoscope.

Production 1–4 business days; delivery roughly 3–6 days in the US, UK & EU and 5–10 days rest of world, tracked. EU orders are produced within the EU, so no import duties apply.
Returns — Arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? Email ingo@elfering.com within 30 days with photos and we'll send a free replacement — or a full refund if we can't replace it. Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns.
