How long does shipping take?

US orders typically arrive in 5 to 8 business days. International orders take 7 to 14 business days. Each order is printed at the global lab nearest you, so production time is usually the bottleneck rather than shipping distance.

Will the print colors match what I see on screen?

Close, but not perfectly identical. Every screen is calibrated differently. Our printers use ICC-profiled archival inks tuned for the specific paper or substrate, which gives extremely consistent and accurate results. Expect a slight shift in saturation between a back-lit screen and a reflective print.

Can I return a print?

Because each print is made to order specifically for you, we don't accept returns on non-defective prints. However, if your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it free of charge.
