A row of paired stone columns supports a run of rounded Romanesque arches along a covered cloister walk, each capital carved with foliage, figures, and beasts, the floor tiled and lined with potted plants. Cloisters like this framed the contemplative life of medieval monasteries, an arcaded passage enclosing a garden. The repeated arches march toward a vanishing point at right, and the carved capitals — no two alike — reward close looking. In black and white the colonnade reads as pure rhythm: column, arch, shadow, repeat.

Production 1–4 business days; delivery roughly 3–6 days in the US, UK & EU and 5–10 days rest of world, tracked. EU orders are produced within the EU, so no import duties apply.
Returns — Arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? Email ingo@elfering.com within 30 days with photos and we'll send a free replacement — or a full refund if we can't replace it. Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns.
