A single pink water lily rests on dark, still water, ringed by the flat green discs of its leaves. Water lilies of the genus Nymphaea root in the mud of pond and lake beds, sending leaves and flowers upward on long submerged stalks; each bloom opens in the morning and closes by dusk, repeating the cycle across several days before it sinks. The waxy upper surface of the pads sheds water into beads. The photograph keeps the surface mirror-flat and the palette narrow, setting the warm pink of the petals against cool green and near-black. It captures the flower Monet returned to for decades — stillness, water, and a bloom that keeps its own hours.

Production 1–4 business days; delivery roughly 3–6 days in the US, UK & EU and 5–10 days rest of world, tracked. EU orders are produced within the EU, so no import duties apply.
Returns — Arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? Email ingo@elfering.com within 30 days with photos and we'll send a free replacement — or a full refund if we can't replace it. Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns.
