The Washington Monument rises like a white obelisk needle into a brilliant spring sky, framed by the delicate pink and white blossoms of cherry trees in full bloom along the National Mall. The scene captures Washington D.C. at its most enchanting that fleeting two-week window each spring when the city transforms into a canopy of petals and the Mall becomes a garden. Visitors stroll the pathways beneath the flowering branches, dwarfed by the 555-foot monument above yet drawn to it all the same. Wisps of cirrus cloud streak across the blue, echoing the lightness of the blossoms below, while a splash of forsythia yellow adds warmth to the pastel palette. Framed — fine art print, mounted, matted, and framed in a thin black or natural wood profile under museum glass.
Metal — image infused into brushed aluminum, float-mounted with a hidden bracket.
Acrylic — face-mounted under 4 mm acrylic, polished edges, hung with a recessed cleat.
Dust with a soft dry cloth. Keep out of direct sunlight to preserve the inks.
Shipping & returns
Prints ship from the studio within 5–7 business days, made to order. Worldwide tracked shipping. Each print is rolled in an archival tube (or crated for framed/glass/metal/acrylic).
If a print arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and I'll replace it. Because every print is made to order, returns for change-of-mind aren't accepted — but if you're not sure about size or material, write to me before ordering and I'll help you pick.
