Mist curls between the dark crowns of a pine forest, photographed from a small plane in the flat light of early morning. Ground fog like this forms overnight, when cool air settles over damp forest floor and the moisture it can no longer hold condenses — it lingers longest under a dense conifer canopy, which shades the ground and slows the warming that would burn it off. From above, the forest reads as a single unbroken surface, its texture the massed tips of countless trees, interrupted only by the pale drift of weather. The even light flattens depth into pattern. The photograph captures the forest as continuous green, broken only by mist.

Production 1–4 business days; delivery roughly 3–6 days in the US, UK & EU and 5–10 days rest of world, tracked. EU orders are produced within the EU, so no import duties apply.
Returns — Arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? Email ingo@elfering.com within 30 days with photos and we'll send a free replacement — or a full refund if we can't replace it. Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns.
